Pastors Manuel Gonzalez and Jacqueline met at a Christian camp in August 2002 and were married in August 2003. Both had come to know the Lord when they were children in different parts of the world Pastor Manuel was born in New York, USA and Pastor Jacqueline in Kenya, Africa. They knew from the beginning of their marriage that it was the divine plan of God to join them together for a greater purpose in their lives.
In the beginning of 2007, the Lord began to stir up Pastor Manuel about doing more to reach the Hispanic community. After a period of fasting and prayer, the vision was clear. Then began the Bible studies on Wednesday nights. On May 5, 2007, the first service of the Redeemer Christian Church was held at the home of a believer in Blackstone VA to 6 people. Now the new name of the ministry is Redeemer International Outreach Center it is still growing in numbers, Pastor C. Manuel and his wife Jacqueline are on a mission to reach the body of Christ with the living Word of God preaching about the Kingdom of Heaven where ever they go.

Pastores Manuel y Jacqueline González se conocieron en un campamento cristiano en Agosto de 2002 y se casaron en Agosto de 2003. Ambos habían llegado a conocer al Señor cuando eran niños en diferente partes del mundo Pastor Manuel nacio en Neuva York, Estados Unidos y Pastora Jacqueline en Kenya, Africa.
Ellos conocían desde el principio de su matrimonio que era el divino plan de Dios para unirse en la mayor propósito de El en sus vidas.
Al principio de 2007, el Señor comenzó a agitar el Pastor Manuel sobre cómo hacer más para llegar a la comunidad hispana.
Después de un período de ayuno y oración, la visión era clara. Luego comenzó los estudios de la biblia miércoles por la noche. El 5 de Mayo de 2007, el primer servicio de la Iglesia Cristiana Redentor se celebró en la casa de un creyente en Blackstone VA con 6 personas. Ahora el ministerio tiene nuevo nombre Centro Internacional El Redentor el ministerio sigue creciendo en numeros; Pastor C. Manuel y su esposa Jacqueline estan en una misión para alcanzar el cuerpo de Cristo con la Palabra viva de Dios por la predicación sobre el Reino de los Cielos.
